A loose leaf tea blend with all of my favorite herbal allies for relaxing the nervous system, nourishing the spirit, and opening the heart.

Rose Petals (Rosa gallica officinalis) - For bravery, unconditional self love, and nerve repair. Rose is antioxidant, anti-inflammatory, an aphrodisiac, and a nervine. Rose has the incredible power to open the heart and soothe body systems of inflammation and pain.

Chamomile (Matricaria chamomilla). Chamomile is a true ally for anyone who struggles with sleep, winding down, intrusive thoughts, and restlessness. Chamomile is a carminative, meaning it aids in digestion and soothes stomach upset. She is also a nervine, working to calm a monkey mind and promote deep relaxation.

Lemon Balm (Melissa officinalis). Lemon Balm is like a breath of fresh air. This mint family herb is gentle yet very strong. Lemon Balm works wonders on the nervous system, it activates the para sympathetic nervous system, helping the body naturally ease tension and relax. Lemon Balm also promotes cell repair of the digestion system, supporting the gut and easing pain.

Tulsi (Ocimum tenuiflorum). Tulsi is one of those herbs that kind of does it all. Tulsi has an intoxicating sweet smell and delicious taste. As an adaptogen, tulsi helps naturally reduce anxiety, stress, and fatigue. Tulsi supports the bodies adrenal system, helping to promote natural energy and focus.

Calendula (Calendula officinalis). Calendula is a deeply nourishing herb and a gorgeous flower. Calendula brings warmth and healing to the body by aiding in inflammation, pain, and restlessness. Calendula is also a nervine and gently soothes a busy mind and body.
